I first stepped in Maria Modes on the 1st of June 2024, “just to have a look” for my April wedding, and that’s when I met Laura! I knew exactly what I wanted – a princess gown with off the shoulder sleeves – and Laura was amazing from the very first meet. I ended up buying the 2nd dress I tried on, a very sparkly Maggie Sottero gown, as I just knew it was the one!

Laura was incredible throughout my wedding planning. Every time I came in to Maria Modes, it was like coming in to see my best friend. Not only is she an incredibly warm and friendly person, but she made me feel so confident and comfortable. Laura was 100% a highlight in my wedding planning. I went in there with an idea and she brought it to life. I felt like a real life Disney princess on my day. My dress, veil and tiara were all from Maria Modes. The accessories were amazing quality.

I couldn’t recommend using Maria Modes enough. Everyone in there is so knowledgeable and they really do care about you as a bride. The shop is also stunning – they have a huge range. I so wish I could do it all again just to have an excuse to pop in!

I went to several bridal shops around the Cheshire area before coming here, but Maria Modes was the best experience by far!

Their huge range was amazing, the service was brilliant and made me feel so comfortable, and the prices for their “ready to wear” collection were stunningly affordable.

I cannot thank Becka at Maria Modes enough. I had always felt anxious about bridal dress shopping, but from the moment I had my first meeting with Becka she totally put me at ease and understood the bridal look I was after.

The store is absolutely immaculate and offered a huge selection of dresses and designers. All of the staff were so welcoming and supportive and huge thanks to Emma who was on hand during my appointment to offer advice on alterations and amendments I could make to my dress.

Becka is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and it’s no surprise that in my first appointment I chose my dream dress thank you for everything.. I can’t wait to share pictures with you and I know I’ll be back in the future with my sisters! x

I had the most wonderful time trying on dresses for the first time. The advice and help was wonderful and myself and two of my friends felt very special, we also had a friend on facetime and we were given a stand to put our phone on so she could be involved just as much.

We had bucks fizz and given the help and advice by our very lovely assistant Steph Benson I bought a dress in the sale which was win win. There was no pushy sales , no made to feel rushed, my appointment was for an hour but ran way over as I tried about 8 dresses on, overall it was a very special day that ended up with us all in tears of joy and excitement.

I highly recommend Maria modes it’s a beautiful shop and I came away with a gift bag which contained amongst other things a compact mirror with bride written on it . Thankyou to Steph for helping me say yes to the dress.
